2Service Appointments
When you schedule a service appointment with us, we will provide you with an estimated arrival window.
While we strive to arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or extended prior service calls may cause delays. We will communicate any significant changes to your scheduled time.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties for parts and labor will be provided to you in writing upon completion of the service.
These warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts of God.
4Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made for commercial accounts.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and approved checks.
